2022 Pinot Noir - La Costa Vineyard

Slow. cool consistent maturation is the key to great Pinot Noir. Our newest vineyard brings another great expression of place. La Costa Vineyard Pinot Noir should have a long life and we believe this beauty will be no exception. We are releasing this first vintage early, will less bottle age than we normally aim for. It will be a worthy experiment to give it a try while it's young, maybe after a couple more months  of rest in the bottle. (from Jan. 2025) - Then dive into the other after determining your best guess when the flavors will stary to bloom.

My WAG (Stands for Wild Ass Guess), but based on some experience is, this should start to reveal its complexity in 12-18 months. I'm certain... 4-6 years down the road you will be wising you hade more bottles.
