Mendocino Ridge
Our newest single vineyard site is something to look forward to.
Mariah Vineyard
Our newest addition, the Mariah vineyard, is located on one of the peaks close to the ocean that makes up the Mendocino Ridge appellation. The Mendocino Ridge is the only non-contiguous AVA in America, and only vineyards at elevations of 1,200 feet or higher are included. The non-contiguous peaks rise above the clouds and fog, appearing as if islands in the sky as they bask in the sunshine surrounded by forest, with the Pacific Ocean glistening just miles below. A quarter-million acres are in the the AVA, and yet only approximately 75 acres are planted with vines. This is a unique spot where Zinfandel and Pinot Noir cohabitate.
