2022 Pinot Noir - White Sage Vineyard

It is such a pleasure to me working with Mark Mirassou again. We crossed paths 100 years ago when I worked for the Mirassou family - actually back in the 80's Mark, like his father Peter, is a consummate grape farmer. I describe his as a farmer instead of viticulturalist because "Farmer" is the highest of complements. Without farmers like Mark, that put their live and love into creating grapes that reflect their love of the land, wines can't touch your soul. His family was among the first to discover how Pinot Noir and this little stretch of Monterey County could come together and create some of the best Pinot Noirs in the new world. 

This just makes me so happy to offer a wine from Mark's vineyard. I am so proud to be able to share this with you.
