2017 Recherché Reserve Pinot Noir - van der Kamp Vineyard

The block of Old Vine Pinot Noir, in the heart of the van der Kamp among  the *oldest Pinot Noir plantings in California. (*Planted the same year as the old blocks at Hanzell).

The wine is so extraordinary from this coveted block, we decided to do an extremely small lot bottling. We are so proud to have access to such legendary fruit. This is the ultimate slow food - wine. The vines were planted in the 50"s and this unique wine is just now ready to open and enjoy. Keep in mind, this wine should develop and improve for decades to come.
