January 2025 - Recherché Reserve PNE

This release is a harmonious juxtaposition in balance and contrast. The subtle and elegant display that the van der Kamp vineyard offers is complemented by the bold, intense flavors of the Tondre Grapefield offering.

These two wines perfectly reflect how Pinot Noir exhibits the flavors of place and how the distinct characters of clones contribute to complexity and balance.

For a very interesting experiment, try blending the two wines together. Maybe during a dinner, serve the van der Kamp with a lighter dish and the Tondre with something that requires some bolder flavors. Then, finish the meal by blending the two, paired with some nice cheeses.

This will be a fun, educational experience.
