Creating the Perfect Blend - So Happy Together! (SOLD OUT)

Wines have different personalities. Some wines are outgoing and sassy. Some wines are more reserved. They take longer to open up and express themselves, but when they do, they reveal their complexities.  

On Saturday, February 11th, and Sunday, February 12th, from 11 am to 2 pm, we are offering our Current Members, and Members-To-Be, the opportunity to join us for an in-depth blending experience that will enable you to learn about and create 3 different wines. One that represents you, your personality, and all the qualities that make you unique. A second wine that expresses your blending partner's uniqueness. And finally, to celebrate Valentine's Day, you will craft a third wine with the ultimate balance, complexity, and age-ability that represents the strength and love that you share. Like a relationship, this wine should improve and get better with age. Love is a flavor and this final wine should express that emotion. 

It Starts With A Vision:

If you were a wine, what would you be? Bold? Seductive? Aggressive, or soft and silky? As with all winemaking, you will need to decide what you want your wine to express. Once you have created your vision, then it is on to tasting and determining which components will be included and what role they will play in the final expression.

Aroma & Bouquet:

We will start by tasting some wines that offer a distinct character originating from exquisite and distinctive vineyards. As you discover their individuality, inspiration will help you develop your own expression of the different characteristics from each vineyard and how you may combine each piece to make a complete whole. It all starts with your vison of the personality you want to express in your wine. 

Taste & Texture:

As we dive deeper, we wil explore the taste structure and texture of each component and experiment with how these elements can contribute to the balance and age-ability of your final concoction.

Members-To-Be - $400 for 2 guests / Members - $300 for 2 guests 

Your ticket includes this experience, the 3 bottles of wine you create, and 3 additional bottles of your choice from our Current Release of wines in the Pinot Noir Experience Collection.
