Our newest single vineyard site is something to look forward to.
Our newest addition, The Mariah vineyard is located on one of the peaks, close to the ocean, that makes up the Mendocino Ridge appellation. The Mendocino Ridge is the only non-contiguous AVA in America. Only elevations of 1200ft or higher are included. The non-contiguous peaks rise above the clouds and fog, looking like islands, basking in sunshine surrounded by forest, looking down at the Pacific Ocean, just miles away. A quarter-million acres are in the the AVA. Approximately 75 acres are planted with vines. This is a unique spot where Zinfandel and Pinot Noir cohabitate.
