2012 Pinot Noir - Londer Vineyard

The Londer Vineyard is one of the major contributors to the growing reputation for Anderson Valley Pinot Noir. For this vintage, we selected two complementary clones to create a balance between two extremes. First, the bright sour cherry, that Anderson Valley has become known for, comes from the Dijon 115 Clone. It also contributes a rich earthiness as the wine develops with age. From the opposite end of the Dijon Clone spectrum, Dijon 777 adds deep dark richness of cocoa and black fruit. Just think of this wine as a rich Chocolate tart, topped with a bright Raspberry sauce.
